By booking a session:

• You confirm you are authorised to make a booking on behalf of your organisation (if applicable)

• You accept our cancellation and rescheduling policy (see below)

 

4. Payment & Fees

 

Fees for services will be clearly stated at the time of booking or quotation. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booking fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule bookings in the event of illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
